DIVINE MERCY PARISH by Mawi Pontanilla

        Last July 17, 2010, the Parish of the Divine Mercy was finally blessed by Most Rev. Leonardo Z. Legaspi, together with the Presbyterium of the Archdiocese. This Parish is one of the six parishes of the Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur. The Parish has 4,624 populations with 2,198 households. Majority of their people are Catholics. Their major source of livelihood is farming and fishing. The parish id composed of three barangays, three zonal communities and a Gawad Kalinga. We have three elementary schools and the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Calabanga Campus.
